I want to go to Germany

Hello!

I am graduating high school and I have not got into the colleges I planned on going to here in the NW. I come from a German family, however I do not speak the language fluently. I am learning though. I have done some research, and I have found a lot of schools that teach in English.

Ideally I want a school that welcomes international students and has a a good business marketing program as well as classes involving music theory and the like. I signed a record deal to a small record label, so i want to continuing doing that, so not too hard of a college allowing me to spend free time creating music/ socializing and whatnot

I am open to either a host family or a dorm or even an apartment. I want to be able to go there, and have credits that will transfer over to the USA schooling. Is this even possible, what would you do?

I am about to graduate High School in June and will be 18 years old. If my parents feel the college fits, they will pay for me.

So what should I do? Any examples?
Thank you in advance!
Daniel

Go to the DAAD site. You can search possible programs by a variety of factors (type of program, location, major, language, etc.). I’d recommend going to a smaller town. German universities offer a lot less hand-holding than US universities.
