I want to make sure my optional rec. got there - what should I do?

<p>So I sent in an extra recommendation that I think is pretty crucial to my application. How should I confirm it's arrival? Call Stanford? E-mail them? </p>

<p>I'll call if someone else will call and ask when we can find out our decisions, that shouldn't be too bad, you don't even have to tell them your name...</p>

<p>I'd be screwed if it didn't get there. This was the optional rec, but it pretty much made up for a terrible rec. form a teacher I don't even know. </p>
