The thing is going away to college is not always easy, for lots of reasons: being all the way ‘new’ / not knowing where things are or how things are done / shy or introverted temperament / being unlucky in roommate-dorm-particular class / feeling as though ‘everybody else’ is handling it better than you. And thinking you are the only one- or that it is somehow worse for you than other people.
^^ be sure you can tell the difference between making a thoughtful choice and running away from a challenging situation. There are a lot of important ways in which you are growing and changing at this stage of life. Some of them just aren’t easy- but they are important. All adventures have hard parts- that’s what make it an adventure 
Maybe URI isn’t for you, but it is really not likely that you have enough information to know that yet.
