<p>^^ Ahhhh! You've gotten my hopes up. I'm still under prelim review as well, but I was thinking that it's because I didn't get any big scholarships, and that they won't/haven't acted on my application yet. </p>

<p>i got the financial aid booklet yesterday (I guess mail takes a while to get here.... was dated Jan 23 lol) and was YES at least I haven't been rejected yet lol.</p>
<p>I don't think I got any financial aid packet.. but thats probably because I didn't apply for any financial aid...?</p>

<p>Hmm, I didn't finish my FASFA and PROFILE until 01/25 and USC received it on 01/30. The letter was dated 01/22, so it was before I applied for finanicial aid. It will be interesting to see if this hints at any acceptance?</p>
<p>EDIT - Ok, just came up with possible an idea. For those who have received the financial aid packet, did you apply by the 12/01, scholarship deadline? I wasn't expecting and haven't received anything about a scholarship, but maybe USC sent these out to everyone who applied by 12/01, but didn't get a scholarship??</p>
<p>yeah thats what I was thinking. Cause I hadn't submitted my FAFSA or my CSS/PROFILE by the time they sent the letter either.... who knows.</p>
<p>Hmm.. I applied before the 12/01 deadline but didn't submit any FAFSA stuff etc... but I doubt that sending financial aid stuff hints at an acceptance cause they havent even looked over the bulk of applications.. unless you're talking about scholarship acceptances.</p>
