Do I still have to commit (since I will have applied ED) if I want to consider attending at all if it's not for the specific school I really want? I hear that some who don't get accepted into Engineering will for the general program but how does applying Early Decision impact that? Thanks everyone!!</p>
<p>During early decision they will only accept you for your first choice major. If they aren’t sure if they will accept you into that major, you will get deferred, and then be considered for both Engineering and University Studies.</p>
