<p>They will look at past applicants if your school profile does not give them enough info to rank you.</p>
<p>If yo are not top of class you will have a tough time at Dartmouth and Brown. I know Dartmouth best as my son just finished his freshmen year there. NY/LI is an extremely competitive pool there and at all ivies. There are lots of top students, lots of legacies, lots of qualified URMs, making it very difficult for the unhooked who are not at the top. </p>
<p>I would advise retaking the SATIIs and maybe taking another shot at the ACT depending on where you rank.</p>
