I love college confidential and all, but there are just TOO many people asking this, asking that, will i get in, will i get rejected from this that school...

GO HERE! I'm kind of addicted to it because people keep telling me my chances :P

http://www.admissionchances.com/

Yeah, I LOVE that site!

yea, there are some blips here and there, but the webmaster's making the site better.

Actually I find that site worse than CC as a whole..CC offers a whole lot more. There it's just CHANCES CHANCES CHANCES. Not a third as much help or question-answer as CC. Forums are it! And their point system sucks. I've accumulated about 130 points (5 pts for each review I did) and got a grand total of 2 reviews for myself today. Frustrating. On CC you're sure to get a response for "free." So dumb.

CC is great for talking to people who've actually been accepted to the schools that we're applying. CC is great to ask people who go to those schools specific questions. For admission chances, that other site offers a way to see stats in a more organized way, and in my view a more honest review. You get the 5 points for bad, short reviews and like 10 for giving good ones.

Actually, I found it kind of annoying that if you clicked on a profile, you absolutely HAD to rate them, or lose a point - I mean, I can see where they needed to give people incentive to rate, but sometimes, you just don't know that much about the colleges the person is applying to, and so you're stuck writing 100 characters about who knows what.
