I wish I had done worse on Nov. SATs... Do I SUBMIT?! HELP!!!

last bump... then I submit tomorrow... help?

that may be too late, people usually get in off the waitlist randomly

Hmm... haha nice psychology joke! I took the AP Psychology test too!! (AP Psych. is not offered in my school, but I studied for the test independently. I scored a 5)!! How did you do on the AP Psychology test? I am a native speaker actually so that explains my 800 on the SAT II Spanish. I got a 5 on the AP Spanish exam.
Ok, while you're probably leaning toward not sending them, I have a question for you: did you or did you not designate any colleges to receive your scores when you sat through the administration of the SAT IIs? If you did not (and it doesn't seem like you did), then don't send. I wouldn't spend the money if I really didn't like my scores. On the downside, the 730 Lit score would have been beneficial to your overall academic rating. For example, at Harvard, if you have over a 700 on 5 SATs (that is SAT IIs and sections of the SAT I), you have a shot at a rating of 1 (the highest) provided that your transcript and class rank are impeccable (and according to you: you get straight A's). They honestly may not think much of the lower SAT Reasoning score....
Ok, there are two main options as well as a few opportunity costs I see here.
1) You send the scores and pay for the score reports service as well as risk the lower SAT I score going against your credentials.
2) You don't send your scores, save the extra $$, but risk being assigned a lower rating because of one less SAT score below 700.
It's up to you! Spend the money? Don't spend the money? Send the 730? Withhold the 730? So you don't have the AP scores to back up the SAT IIs. It seems like you have just enough scores above 700 (including the new scores) to qualify for Harvard's (and other top tier schools') highest academic rating(s)!! Look at the bigger picture. Either way there is something to lose (namely money or score recognition), as well as something to gain (money in your wallet or a possibly higher Academic rating). I hope I've clarified your options. Don't forget to see the big picture. I'm glad I was able to help you before! Good luck to you!!

Hmmm, you were actually extremly extremly helpful... I did not know about academic rating.

For the time being, I am ranked number 1/620... I am going to get a B or two, so that may change.

Its such a tough call... I wish I hadnt taken the test.

Money is really not a big deal, Ill mow an extra lawn if it means me getting into a good school.

Honestly, what would you do in my shoes, forgetting about the money thing?

grrrrrrrrrrr
