I withdrew from Berkeley second semester freshman year. Can I still attend fall semester 2014?

<p>I know their policy is to sit one semester out to ensure you have enough time to deal with whatever led you to withdraw.</p>

<p>Could I petition or ask them if I can go back in the fall though?</p>
