<p>I would run outside and just go somewhere…probably down to 7-11 and buy 5 slurpees (I really like slurpees) and then sit down outside by the river wondering what I would do next.</p>
<p>Tell everyone I knew… yeah, that’s pretty pretentious, but my reach school is Yale which I’d just really love to get to attend!
I don’t think I’ll get in the next year or so though :)</p>
<p>I had my mom open the letter. My entire family was in the room. We all screamed.</p>
<p>My twin sister updated her status, so I didn’t have to.</p>
<p>I kept it on the DL, though. A lot of people really want to go to Vanderbilt, so I didn’t make a big deal of it. Didn’t buy the clothes because I didn’t want anyone to feel bad.</p>
<p>It’s been a source of happiness, though. :)</p>

<p>if i got into lewis and clark i would cry tears of happiness. i’d begin packing my bags that day.</p>
<p>I would probably have a few minutes of jubilation in my room, staring at the accetance letter and then print it out to get it framed 
After I get myself together (I don’t plan on screaming out), I’d notify my parents very bluntly and quietly, then smile larger than I ever had before. I’d tell my closest friends, play a lot of basketball, and know that I got the best Christmas present that I could have hoped for :)</p>
<p>Prepare for IB Exams, get all of the IB Work done. While laughing at Diploma kids, and crying about 6 HLs.</p>
<p>I would remain in shock for a good 5 mins. Then run around jumping & screaming & hugging everyone. Nothing would be able to ruin my mood for the day.</p>

<p>A lot of my schools are pretty reachy. If I get into my lower reaches (Bard, Whitman, Barnard, Smith, Wellesley) I’ll be happily freaking out in a “hell yeah I did it!” kind of way. If I get into my reachiest reaches (Brown, Swat, Amherst, Vassar) I’ll just be totally dumbfounded because I didn’t actually expect to get in and it will probably take a while to sink in. Then I’ll start freaking out and crying and probably bake some sort of thank you gift for all my teachers.</p>
