<p>Okay, so there's threads with people saying what they'd do to get accepted to (insert college name here), and I just randomly decided to start a "I wouldn't..." thread.
Basically you say what you wouldn't do or give up to get accepted into Yale, you can also comment on other people's posts. Oh, and add what you would do, "But I would..."</p>

<p>Here goes:
I wouldn't take music out of my life to get into Yale, I'd consider it, but I'd love to continue being a muso in college. Plus, one of the reasons I like Yale is because it has a great orchestra! It would be pretty damn extraordinary to play my viola in the orchestra.
But I would get rid of my iPod and stop listening to the songs on the radio (if it got me accepted).</p>

<p>umm…what “I wouldn’t”? erm, hard question. i guess i wouldn’t want to attend yale if it meant i couldn’t come back sometime and see my family during those 4 years.</p>

<p>I wouldn’t stop music or sport to get into Yale. I Would give up many small luxuries though.
