I wrote 2 FRQ's on the wrong pages :(

I took the AP seminar test today (it’s alright if you aren’t familiar with it, it’s essentially 3 hours of writing, sort of like ap lang on steroids?).

Anyway, for the first two essays I wrote them on the wrong pages that didn’t match their individual questions. During the exam, I realized this and notified my proctor who told me just to title the essays by their question (for example write “Question 1” in the header). She was also nice enough to tell me she would notify college board with an “incident report” notifying them what happened. Anyway, I feel sort of bad I would make this stupid of a mistake  (this was my first AP test I’ve ever taken). As far as the test went, I found it fairly straight forward, and I think I did well. I’d just hate to think they’d take off points because of my stupid mistake.

If your score in July seems too low just ask for a rescore. But since it’s the FRQs and actual humans are reading your essays, they will notice the mistakes you made and probably adjust to them. CollegeBoard’s goal isn’t to make you fail.

You actually cannot restore the FRQs; restoring only checks MCs. However, it probably will not be an issue since you wrote which question at the top. Just hope you don’t get an incompetent grader that doesn’t realise you are not answering the right question!
