I wrote a thing

Would appreciate if you could check it out and reply with whatever. It’s un-proofread, un-beta’d, first draft. It isn’t reallt about the writing and I’m not looking for writing criticism, but I wouldn’t mind it. Just tell me your thoughts. I’m in a really uncomfortable headspace right now. Thanks.

Writing: I like it. Will want to read more. I hope you are not using your friends’ real names.
Uncomfortable headspace: It’s huge to leave home at your age. I don’t know you, so can’t know whether you are truly ready for this experience. Do your best to act like you are and see what happens. Best of luck.

@twinsmama Thank you! And of course, all names are fake.
I just learned that I can’t post links in any way here, so if you want to access the blog, you can find it on [redacted] and on [redacted]. It has the same name as my username here.

MODERATOR’S NOTE:
I’ve tried twice to explain this to OP to no avail. If anybody would like to comment on her drafts, she can PM you the links, but the links, or subtle variations thereof, cannot be displayed here per Terms of Service.

Alright. I’m sorry. I thought the rule was in place because links can sometimes redirect to other malicious sites, appearing to be something perfectly innocent. I’m involved in another forum that has this reasoning. When skieurope explained the rule to me, I misunderstood. I thought when s/he said “links” s/he meant “hyperlinks” or “URL” when, in reality, s/he meant anything at all that can connect anyone to another site. (I don’t mean to speak for skieurope. If I’m wrong again, please correct me.) Sorry for any confusion.

No, the rule is in place because those two sites in question host content on some members’ pages that is not appropriate for minors.
