I wrote my Tufts opitional essay as a poem...

<p>and of course I already turned everything in, but I'm not sure if it was a good idea or not. It was, well, definitely different, to say the least.</p>

<p>Has anyone also done something totally random with their college essays? Doesn't have to be that you wrote it in the form of a poem, but if you did something else completely out of the ordinary. Did it work out ok? Does anyone have any ideas as to how adcoms take this?</p>

<p>i did the same thing for my uva (mandatory) supplemental essay. I called the office and they said any form was fine. i'm sure you're fine especially as it was an "optional" essay. good luck!</p>
