IB 162: Ecological Genetics

For IB, I need to take IB 162, IB c163/MCB c142, IB 141, or MCB 140

I don't qualify for MCB 140 and have no interest in it.
IB 141 is only three units, so if I take it I will have less than 26 IB units.

So I am in between 162 and c163.
After Fall, 162's future is unknown.
C163 is 2/3rds MCB stuff (which bores me) and the other third is by Slatkin whose lecture style puts me to sleep.

It will be very hard for me to get into IB 162 this fall. I didn't realize they shifted 162 to this Fall until two weeks ago.

I will only be able to wait list because I am undeclared and the IB adviser won't give me a CEC because I am only a sophomore.

Assuming all the wait listed people get in, there are only six more slots...

Ok now back to the topic, has anyone here taken this class? If so, how was it

this class was very easy. the only time i studied was about 3-4 before the midterms. easy A, just what i expected from an IB course.

w00t i am position 21 in the class and 20th on the wait list. There are 50 spots in the class and only 27 are actually occupied. I talked to the professor. I will most likely get in.
