IB > A-levels?

<p>hey s18may is the A-levels in the UK graded on a curve? i know one problem the UK A-levels faces is the inflation of grades, too many dudes getting As.</p>

<p>here in SG we have this Special Paper (S-Paper) component in A-levels, syllabus is the same as standard A-level but questions are ridiculously hard....just to differentiate the smart ppl from the smart AND hardworking ones lol</p>

<p>Easy 7, shouldn't be much of a challenge for them. Kind of cheap, as they are probably A1 or A2 level but it would be a lot harder to achieve a 7 at that level. I believe it would be equivalent to American students taking and easily acing the TOEFL</p>
