IB and AP courses

<p>For those of you who have kids at HP do you know how IB credits and AP credits were treated?
Ex: Do AP english comp and Lit credits count as first year of english requirement, so they don't have to take english?</p>

<p>If you could post your experiences on any courses that they received credits for that would be great</p>

<p>Here are the requirements for students who entered this past fall:</p>

<p>The right column will tell you the course equivalent at HPU.
For example AP Biology fulfills BIO1100 at HPU with a score of 4 or 5 on the AP exam.
Therefore, your science requirement would be fulfilled or partially fulfilled depending on how much science you need for your major. </p>
