IB EDITION: Chance Me for Barnard RD 2023?

I don’t see many IB peeps that apply to Barnard College so I was wondering if my chances are greater or ??? Many people at my school get into the ivy leagues and other competitive colleges but nobody has applied to Barnard yet. I will be applying sooooooooo HERE’S MY “CHANCE ME”

Barnard has been my dream school since Freshman year and I am so nervous to apply this year! I am a rising senior and I attend a very competitive public school in the midwest. I would really appreciate any feedback, recommendations, and advice based on my profile as an applicant  I’m an IB student and have taken 14 IB/AP classes, I have achieved all straight A’s (except for freshman year). I am involved in A LOT of activities and the rest is down below! Any feedback would be amazing!!! <3

Recommendations (rating 1-10, details):
- I have great relations with my teacher and I think they will write exceptional recommendations
-My counselor has helped me with a lot of personal things throughout my high school career and she has really seen me improve throughout the years!

I am not much of a STEM student. I am more focused towards history/social sciences because I am very passionate about social issues.

If this matters at all, I’m an Indian female. uhhh first gen college student. my parents are upper middle class.

I SERIOUSLY APPRECIATE ALL KINDS OF FEEDBACK!!! I JUST WANNA KNOW IF I EVEN HAVE A CHANCE BECAUSE BARNARD IS SUPER DUPER HARD TO GET INTO AND I HAVE PUT SO MUCH TIME AND ENERGY AND ANXIETY INTO THIS SCHOOL AND I JUST WANNA KNOW IF I EVEN HAVE A CHANCE  I’m applying RD btw bc I am planning on applying to 2 UC schools and other competitive schools (that aren’t ivies) on the East Coast. Specifically, NYC.

I think you have really good chances

Tbh you’ll probably get in babe! I wish my chances were that decent lol

Dw, and expect good things. If not from Barnard (but probably from Barnard) then some other stellar school ^-^
