I wonder if anyone has first accepted to a college for their IB predicted score and then rejected to a college due to the drop in their IB final grade. Also, are IB final grades a critical thing in US college admissions?

You probably should establish your country of origin and other stats (standardised testing, SAT subject tests, etc) and which university you are referring to.
