Hi.. I attend Indiana University and I will be a sophomore this coming fall. I plan on majoring in Finance & Accounting at the Kelley School of Business and I am strongly interested in Investment Banking? For all those out there I am curious to know what I should do to give myself the best chance of getting an Investment Banking Internship the summer heading into my sr year.

here are my STATS

IU CUM GPA = 3.87
I am also a member of two business clubs at the KSB
I was also a peer tutor for a Intro to business computers class
I am a marketing intern for a hair company

here is what I will try to do
- maintain my GPA to at least a 3.8
- try to network with upperclassmen and the recruiters that come to IU
- read alot of financial/investment banking oriented books
- hold 1-2 business club leadership postions
- attain a finance related internship for the summer heading into my junior year
- and most importantly get into the Investment Banking Workshop IU has.

What else can I do.. to better myself in earning an I banking internship
