<p>I had a laugh riot when I read this part; </p>

<p>A while back the NYTimes had an article detailing the secretaries' pay for wall street executives, it was pretty interesting. They were being given packages of 300-400k in compensation plus things like free salon access at some high end NY salons, jewelry access, one was even given a bigger car to help accomodate her when she was pregnant.</p>
