I am currently taking IB physics, but i dont think the teacher is going to prepare us well. I'm using Giancoli Physics textbook. Do you guys have any recommendations for IB Physics? (SL btw)

The Giancoli book comes with an AP Physics B test prep companion (well, ours did at least). I've heard the two (AP and IB) are decently similar, and both courses use the same book, so it sounds true to me.

at my school they use College Physics. and i beleive its successful. I don't know though because i'm in physics C and use Physics for scientists and engineers sucky book

Nothing can help you. If you suck at physics, you're screwed. :/

im takin ib physics sl this year and the class i a joke.....just get a physics b review book

I started Physics HL today and we're using Giancoli as well

Yeah, Giancoli is pretty popular, at least this year.

I love how his hame is bigger than the title of the book. When I first got it, I was like "I'm not taking Italian geography!"

heyy wait, I have our textbook in PDF format that you can print off and use a digital copy for...save yourself some money that way. I'm not sure what the book is called, but there are IB kids in my class, so I'm sure that this book is good....let me know if you want it.

Wilson/Buffa College Physics....recommended by IB I think.
