Hey, so it looks like the IBer is a rare and unloved creature on CC so I decided we should have our own thread too :) Sadly there is no main section for IB (which I don't understand) so I'm hoping people will be able to find this.

But anyways, IB scores are out in 3 days!!!! :D

Anyone feeling nervous or confident or have predictions? I just finished my junior year so I only took the Spanish B SL and ITGS SL exams and although I'm confident about spanish (6 or 7), I'm scared about ITGS (4 or below) because it was the teacher's first year teaching it and none of us felt as if we had learned anything O_o But I guess I'll find out soon :p

Im waiting for my IB Math Studies SL scores (4-7) hopefully. And my AP English Lang. should be out this month as well. I’m a rising senior, which I here is going to be IB hell… :/

My daughter is a rising senior in FL in the IB program, she did Math SL and French (SL, I think). Her graduated senior friends have gotten called today by the school IB coordinator with their scores, the rising seniors are still waiting for their calls. One of her friends missed the diploma by 1 point, unfortunately. Although, I’m not really clear on what that matters since he’s already been accepted to his college. Can they rescind acceptance based on the lack of IB diplomma?

Ugh, they come out tomorrow!
I’m a graduate so tomorrow will be the day of discovering if the past four years of work amounted to an IB diploma. No pressure, right?
I took IB Psych SL and got a 4, which was nice since our teacher was new and previously taught social studies at a mediocre middle school.
I feel fine about Math Studies, that was the best decision ever. I’m worried about HL Bio and HL History of the Americas, though.

Unless they’re going to a college in the UK or something where IB exams really matter (most schools give conditional offers like “you will be admitted, if you get 40 points total on your exams”), then they should be fine. The U.S. really hasn’t fully accepted the I.B. program yet so it’s used more for placement in classes than admissions.

ahhh! One more day!!! :D

@pomona2015 haha i know!!! I’m going into my senior year too and it’s gonna be interesting But we’ll survive! :)

I know we aren’t allowed feedback, but all the other teachers at least show us our scores before they’re sent off…haha maybe my school does it wrong
