You need to provide a lot more information than this to get an accurate prediction. SAT or ACT scores would be a good start…

i got 1930 on my first SAT try (without studying)
and i also speak a lot of languages ( if that makes any difference)

Well to begin with, IB scores do not matter for US colleges. (I’m positive that they do not matter in Canada either). And also, you should not put McGill on the same line with Harvard, Columbia, or any other ivy leagues. McGill is said to be equivalent to Michigan, at best.

McGill-
McGill does not require SAT. Just make sure you get a high GPA, and you are done. (McGill has about 50% acceptance rate…)

Harvard, Columbia-
1930 SAT is a joke. Yes, you didn’t study, but you better get it to over 2200, AT LEAST. You EC is also ridiculous. I hope you have much more than that.

From the information you have provided, any assuming that you get a 2000 SAT, I’d say the realistic goal would be boston college, or colleges of that level.

By the way, how many languages do you speak? I speak 4 and this is not even a hook.
