IB vs. AP?

<p>I'm currently enrolled in the full IB program, and was wondering whether there are any benefits to graduating with an IB diploma besides the university credits later on.
I want to know whether Universities will take into account that IB is a rigorous, studious, program, or if they consider it equal to AP.</p>

<p>What we’ve mostly heard here is that universities regard both IB and AP highly. One potential disadvantage of IB is that some colleges don’t give any college credit for SL tests.</p>
