er.. can you list them in terms of SL and HL?
IB is regarded as a very rigorous curriculum.. as how its weighed differs from school to school since some school has easy slacky IB and some school have a very stuctured and rigorous program.

IB Math Methods (HL)
IB Biology II (HL)
IB Theory of Knowledge (no test)
IB English V (HL)
IB Physics II (heck no, SL)
IB Spanish V (SL)
IB World Topics (HL)

How can you take Math Methods HL?! Lol that's what I wanted to do until someone told me that you can only take Math HL. What's World Topics about? That seems interesting.

Math hopefully won't be that bad. Now there is a math exam above Higher Level Math Methods (I think called Further Math and u can only take it SL)....now that's crazy!! At our school, the highest score on that exam was like a 5.

wrxstiav-- it's called Further Maths. It's basically self-taught or something. You do all the Maths HL stuff but ALL the options instead of only two.

Math Methods has not been replaced. I'm a current math methods student.

There's 4 maths you can take. Studies, Methods and HL are the usual three offer. Further Math SL is like A-Level Further Maths. It's higher higher math.

IzzyJ -- Yeah it's still the same course, just at our school they've started to refer it as "Maths Standard" for some reason. I guess the IB wants to change the name.

If they do that, it starts to get even more confusing. I think of SMH when I think of Math and its level of difficulty. Now I have to think in SSHE? (Or something like.) :(

Oh, really?? intrigued Like what? I know most schools I've heard of internationally don't offer Anthropology or Islamic Studies (except the Middle East) or one of the alternate Sciences... Environmental Studies was one? I wish my school offers Psychology. :(

Yeah I've heard of some interesting ones. My school only offers the basics
It's in group 3 that they have some of the weird ones: I've heard of like Peace and Conflict studies, or something like that. So you could take anthropology or psychology instead of history. Strange.
