<p>does ib help that much for getting into top colleges....and which looks better ib or ap....this ear i took 3 aps and an ib..next year i will take 5 ibs and 1 ap as a junior</p>

<p>Neither looks better than the other. They weigh the same in college admissions. An IB class = a similar AP class. Others might disagree, but it's true. </p>

<p>Each program is different and has its own advantages/disadvantages.</p>

<p>Seriously, I think ppl should pick up A for Admission one day. Majority of all questions in this forum is answered there. According to the admissions officer who actually wrote the book, ib and ap are equal as the above post indicated. So yeah.</p>
