ICA activity fee on e-bill, do I have to pay it?

<p>Hi, is the ICA activity fee on the e-bill absolutely required or is it optional like the college health insurance?</p>

<p>Health insurance is not a “fee”–it’s non-mandatory insurance. You can only waive it if you can prove that you already have external insurance elsewhere. Unless you can prove you’re paying some other campus’ ICA activity fee, you’ll be paying for it here.</p>
