iclicker question

I'm not clear on how iClicker points are collected in Chem 1A. Today, the professor said that everyone gets a point, regardless of whether the question was answered correctly. So, does this mean that all I have to do is vote something to get credit? Or, is this true for only certain questions...? And, what about the questions we vote for, but have no answer? Do we still get points for those?

Also, how much of an impact do iClicker points make on the final grade?

I'm asking these questions because I screwed up on some questions in class today, so I want to see if that made any real damage haha...

there are 2 questions per lecture. 1 point is if you answer both of them, doesnt matter if you get them wrong. another point if you get both of them right lol

someone correct me if i’m wrong.

I thought it was 1 point if you answer both of them, and 1 point if you answer the first question right.

So, is it a definite fact that if you answer both of them, you get at least 1 point, no matter what?

And, does anyone know how much of a grade impact these points make?

They just want to make sure you guys are going to class. That’s all.

It just feels like I’m off to a bad start I guess…just hope we get enough questions to make up for today.
