<p>In this site, ID</a> Card Photo Submission, ID Office, U.Va. , I am supposed to submit a photo that is completely white in the background. </p>
<p>I don't get how I can do this? Am I supposed to edit the picture with photoshop or paint? Sorry, I am not computer savvy.</p>

<p>Use a white wall as a backdrop is my guess. It doesn’t have to be perfect; they just don’t want a cluttered background.</p>
<p>Also, I didn’t submit a photo early and was fine, although I did get to the ID station very early because I had an early language placement test.</p>
<p>I know people who haven’t done their pre-taken photo without a white background. Others photoshopped the background to be white.</p>
