<p>Ok, I am sending my app tomorrow....wish me luck!</p>

<p>SAT-1370 (710M,660V)
gpa-3.83, when i send them my midyear grades, it will be 3.91
EC-random ECs like volunteer work (500hrs), honor society, executive renaissance society, key club..stuff like that</p>

<p>Took hardest classes possible at my school
Taking SAT II's in a week</p>

<p>Out of State(idaho of course!)
Applying EA
Asian Indian</p>

<p>so....do you think i will get in? if its a reach, or match(which i know it is) could you maybe post percentages? like for example. 20% chance or something like that. (dear god i hope its not 20%)</p>

<p>Which North Carolina school are you applying to. You are a shoo in at NC State. Duke might be a slight reach, while UNC would be a match.</p>

<p>I'm not trying to sound snobbish at all - but ncsu is so easy to get in (I applied October 15th, received acceptance 22nd, letters dated 20th) </p>

<p>for UNC, I don't know - you don't have a lot of ECs and leadership :-/</p>

<p>Well, your SAT is a little higher, and my GPA is a little higher. Plus my essays are very good.</p>

<p>I figure you and I have about the same chance. What that chance is, I don't know.</p>

<p>my essays are OK. i think you probably have a better shot at UNC because of your essays... i hope our chances are like 75% at least. :-)</p>

<p>Optimistaclly, I see a 15% chance for me. Remember, 80% of people accepted at UNC have to be North Carolina residents.</p>
