Ideal time to apply for college

<p>I'm a student living in New Zealand, currently in my junior year. However, our school year runs from Feb through to Nov, so I'm not sure weather to apply at the end of my junior year (Dec/Jan) and not finishing my senior year, or apply at the end of my senior year and spend 6-7 months of doing nothing.</p>

<p>Who says you have to do nothing? Surely you aren’t the only person in NZ with this issue. Consult the pages here:

<p>You may consider some school that offer Winter/Spring freshmen entry.</p>
