If I submit all my documents online, do I need a cover sheet? I can’t find it on the home page of the IDOC document management page.
This is all new this year submitting online. I was so excited to not have to put everything in order to mail. I do not see a cover sheet either. I believe the list of what is needed serves as the cover sheet.
I called the IDOC, and the rep told me you do not need it for electronic submission. However, if you would like to mail your packet, then the cover sheet is under —Learn or do more> Submit by mail> IDOC Cover sheet
