Okay, so the IDOC site said the date they should receive all of my documents is March 1 (today). But the one school that's asking me for the documents said in its email that the materials must be postmarked by March 1. So, does this mean that my materials will be considered late if my father sends everything out today?

I was concerned with this as well. We sent out our materials today, though on the IDOC website it says Collegeboard must “receive” everything by March 1. On the day Collegeboard receives the forms, it will report this date to the colleges so that individual colleges can determine if the forms were late or not. I suppose all we can do is send them out today and hope they give us the benefit of the doubt.

That’s what I’m concerned with. I know the IDOC site said they should actually be in possession of everything by March 1… But my school only said:

“Please submit the application materials no later than March 1, 2011 (postmarked).”
