Okay, so i checked the Yale website and it said that Canadians are supposed to send tax returns directly to Yale NOT to IDOC but I just received an email from IDOC yesterday saying that Yale requested documents! So i went to the website, and under "What documents are required", nothing was there. The deadline, however, was March 1. Could anyone clarify this? Do Cdns send returns to Yale or IDOC? Another thing that I am confused about is the deadline for the 2005 returns (March 1). Canadians (at least my parents) don't get to fill them out until mid April. So that's another problem. Any insight? -__-"

Did you think of e-mailing the Financial Aid office at Yale. My understanding as well is that Canadians sent their tax return directly to Yale. Parents should have received their T4 by mid-February and can probably file a return by the end of the month.

hi, thanks for the msg. I contacted Collegeboard and the reply was that i still need to submit the documents...guess i'll email Yale then =D

I suspect that the College Board letter was generated through computer error. They operate a mammoth operation and from time to time they are bound to make mistakes. Do e-mail yale and let me know what the score is.
