<p>Okay, so i just realized that this IDOC thing, which NOONE contacted me about it due TODAY!!! I called yesterday and they said to download the form...but there isn't a duke specific form online. they say they want "Signed tax returns" what does signed mean? do my parents sign? do I ? please respond ASAP!!!!!!!</p>
<p>Get copies of your parents' 2004 tax return, (with all supporting schedules like A,C,D, etc.) plus copies of their W-2 forms. Make sure they sign the tax return as if it was being sent to the government. I think I also put my daughter's name (applicant) at the top of each document, with her social security number. Put the filled-out document form on top of all this, seal in a sturdy envelope, and use an overnight delivery service like FedEx. Be sure it's all legible (good copies and readable names and SS numbers). Good luck.</p>
