ok so for the CSS Profile ur supposed to submit all ur tax forms and W-2's and stuff
by march 6th which is tmrw. but our taxes guy is stupid and its been taking him forever and after i yelled at him on the phone he said he would work on it tonight and get it to me by tmrw afternoon. However by the time i get it the post office will be closed. Do you think it matters if i send it in a day late?
This is what the website says:

Your packet must be received by the College Board no later than:

March 6, 2009

If the above date has passed, mail your IDOC materials to the College Board as soon as possible.

it's fine.

just send it in soon.

There's a deadline for a reason. Because they know some people are going to be late. Don't sweat it - this just means other applicants will be prioritized before you because they sent it before the priority deadline. It's not like they will give you no financial aid because you were a day late.

It's March 16th, not 6th.

Actually it depends on what schools you applied to. Mine said March 2nd. I think College Board asks you to send it by the earliest deadline a school asks for. For example, if X University needs it by March 5th and Y University needs it by March 10th, IDOC will ask you to send it in by March 3rd (two days for processing).

well i turned in my fafsa and css profile forms before the priority deadline.
does this mean other applicants will be prioritized before me even though i filled my fafsa/profile forms a month and a half ago?

ok thank god.
so i looked it up and yales idoc forms are due by march 16th
but i think northwestern needs it earlier thats why the website said to send it in earlier.
northwestern is my backup so whatever.
thanks to all of u for help
