Hello. I submitted my CSS Profile on 11/2/2016, and I have yet to receive an IDOC ID, and my SSN and birth date won’t work when trying to log in either. Is there something I’m missing here? Is it too soon for an ID, or is there another issue? It’s important to note that my parents are divorced and I have not had contact with my father in 7 years, so there is in fact a non-custodial profile that won’t be (because it can’t be) filled out. Is that preventing me from getting an ID? I might end up calling them, because my deadline is the 22nd and I need this figured out. Thanks!!
Are you sure that the school with a deadline of the 22nd uses IDOC? Your post makes it sound like you think that the fact you submitted Profile automatically means that you will receive an IDOC ID, and this is not the case.
I submitted CSS Profile on 10/13 and got the ID on 10/31. You might have to wait a bit more…
