CSS to College Board. Now received a letter from college
Board to fill and send IDOC.
Is this a requirement for International Students?

<p>My understanding is that IDOC is required if you you are eligible for financial aid. So as an International student if you are not eligible for financial aid in the college that you are referring to, you do not have to send IDOC. But you can/must always write to the college and confirm, in case you have any doubts.</p>
<p>If you got an IDOC invitation, at least one university that you sent your CSS Profile you is participating in IDOC. You can check with the university directly if IDOC is required, but odds are it is.</p>
<p>Most universities want to see official financial documents (like tax returns) to support the numbers you reported in your financial aid application. There are several ways that universities can collect those documents. Some universities let you send your documents directly to them. Others use IDOC because they don’t want to deal with the paperwork.</p>
