It seems I didn't turn in my Non-Filer Statement and a Verification Worksheet. Should I send them with a cover sheet to collegeboard? They didn't call or e-mail or anything, I just realized I haven't sent them in yet. I just send photocopies of my parents' taxes.

It sounds like you should send them in. Did you use the official IDOC cover sheet, which has a checklist on it? Go through the list carefully, because it asks for things like 1099 forms. Those are not attached to your parents' tax return, so you might have overlooked them if the tax return is all you sent.

Yeah, I used the cover sheet. What is a 1099 form?

^^ Typically, it's a statement from a financial institution showing interest and dividends earned for the year.

I asked my father and he doesn't recognize that form.

My father doesn't know that form either.

My guess is if your parents do not "know" the 1099 form, then they did not receive one.
