I am preparing the IDOC and am confused about the 1099 forms we are required to send in. Do they want to see the forms that come from banks and brokerage firms, or is it referring to the 1099 forms that are included in the federal tax forms. These financial aid forms are new territory for us, and not a little confusing in places. I tried calling the College Board and gave up after a half an hour on hold. Can someone please clarify?
