IDOC Request = ED Acceptance?

So for anyone who is reading this thread:

If you apply Early Decision 1 to a NEED-BLIND school that uses IDOC to create financial aid packages, (check their website because not all schools use IDOC) apply for financial aid and send all your financial aid information correctly and on time before you send the actual common/coalition application, and a financial aid office representative sends a PERSONAL EMAIL to you for more information about your IDOC packet/tax returns around 2 weeks before the final decision verdict, you are most likely admitted to the school. Now, I don’t know if this logic applies to Claremont McKenna College specifically or every single school using IDOC, but in MY case, this is what happened.

Wow… if your sample of ONE student at ONE college makes you reach that conclusion, I question whether you have the analytical skills to attend a top college.

@intparent Before I made this inference, I also followed through on many other forums with situations similar to my own and the outcomes were the same. I don’t know if you read my whole statement, but I never made a direct conclusion, hence the last sentence… I simply suggested a correlation. I sense a hint of salt in the air.

Nope. Just think you are drawing generalizations that are not valid.
