I uploaded mine and my parents tax returns to IDOC last week (all non-us tax returns, but perfectly valid) and they have been processed, but it says that I still need to upload them? Is it a problem with the quality (I had to scan them in) or what?
You need to ask the folks at IDOC. No one on this forum can answer your question.
I’ve spoken to them today, apparently I have to fill in the non-tax filer’s form as well because mine aren’t US ones. (If this helps anyone else) @BelknapPoint
