I have multiple schools I’ve applied to that I know require IDOC and have been asking for it but aren’t showing up in the institutions requesting section. I’ve emailed most of them, but haven’t gotten a reply. We’ve called idoc customer service and all they said to do was to “wait for the school to be ready” and that they would ask us to fill it out and then they would show up. but most of these schools are definitely ready for it and have been asking for it (some of their deadlines have passed now but I’ve already had to email them about my noncustodial Css being late due to technical difficulties, and I was given the all clear). I’m pretty sure this is a glitch, but I don’t know what to do and I’m getting a little worried it’s going to ruin my financial aid package if they never get back to me.
