I mailed IDOC documents last Tuesday. I checked the IDOC portal and there is no update on their status although 1099 forms I uploaded online on 2/15 have already been processed today. Should I just upload the W-2 and the tax return online or wait a few more days?
idoc is all online for the last 2 years. you should upload everything. follow their instructions, it’s quite easy and quick turn-around.
