I'm currently organizing envelopes to send required documentation to institutions and collegeboard. I must physically prioritize right now in order to avert further stress over these documentations. After completing the CSS Profile the acknowledgment statement reads:

"If message letter codes appear, read these special messages (below) from your colleges and programs. Send any additional information requested directly to them, not the College Board. Contact the college or program if you have any questions about a message."

A few CSS Profile recipients require code letter H, the following:
"H = This college or program participates in the College Board's Institutional Documentation Service (IDOC). In early February the student will be notified of where and how to submit his or her 2008 tax forms and other documentation. Please do not mail 2008 tax forms directly to this college or program."

Aren't IDOC forms supposed to be sent to collegeboard, or does this mean that the institution also requires IDOC documentation to be sent to them as well?
