IEOR 172 + 160 Workload

<p>Hi,</p>

<p>I'm curious about the workload involved in IEOR 172 and IEOR 160. Has anyone ever taken these two classes before? I'm going to be taking these two classes along with ChemE 142, ChemE 150B, and Physics 7C, and I just want to know if these courses require a lot of time outside of class(problem sets, proj, addit reading, etc.). I have pretty much taken 4 technicals every semester excluding 1st semester freshman year, and have done well(so far anyways)...it's just the research I'm involved in is starting to get intense and it's requiring more of my time, so yeah. O, and I'm currently taking IEOR 162 which barely gives any work, which makes me think that IEOR 172 + 160 won't require that much time outside of class as well.</p>

<p>I had lots of fun. You’re correct in thinking that IEOR classes don’t have a lot of work, especially compared to what ChemE requires.</p>
