If a college asks for your immunization records, does that mean you're technically accepted?

I applied for a fall semester at a college and they gave me a code for one of their school websites to check on my application progress. It said that some of my application requirements were incomplete, meaning they needed documents of my immunization records, transcript ( which is covered ), and testing scores. Does this mean they still haven’t accepted nor rejected me yet and are waiting on this information, or have they accepted me and they just want me to send my documents so I can attend the school/register for classes? Sorry if this is in the wrong place/a dumb question, and thanks if you answer. As a recent high school graduate, things have gotten more and more confusing.

Many schools have different departments working on things at the same time. The admissions dept works on admissions, maybe the student health center works on vaccination records (or even housing). If you want to know if you have been accepted, call admissions.
