If a college requires two SAT Subject Tests...

and they also require ALL scores be sent, if I've taken three subject tests can I use score choice to just send TWO subject test scores as that is all they require? Or do I need to send all three anyways.

You can send just two.

^Wrong, when a college does not accept score choice, that means you have to send all scores no matter how many tests they require. Note the definition of All Scores from the SAT Score-Use Practice Descriptions:

All Scores Required for Review

<university x=“”> has indicated that it considers all SAT scores in its
review process and requires that you submit all SAT scores from all
test dates.</university>

anyone else confirm this? cuz i’ve heard what Secret Asian Man said from other friends and also what entomom has said as well. the UC applicaiton also says to list your highest SAT 1 score sitting, even though they do not accept score choice, so it’s quite confusing

My source is the SAT Score-Use Practices:

[SAT Score Choice - A New Way To Report SAT Scores](<a href=“College Board - SAT, AP, College Search and Admission Tools”>Send SAT Scores to Colleges - SAT Suite | College Board)

UCs may be different (they have a way of doing that ;)), I’m going by this document, not their specific website information. I’m also going by what the OP says:
