i would stay a 3rd year and finish up physics, etc.

what is plan B for you guys?

i would get rejected, that is why i am tryin to go to the midwest, and i dont wanna stay on the West coast anyways. But if i got rejected, i would go to UCSD since i would be garunteed

yep i know a lot of people out there that definitely dont' wanan stay a 3rd year at their CC no matter what!

UM, maybe SB, Maybe even CSUN

highschoolda, i would NOT be happy going to CSUN. i pass by there everyday on the way to volunteering and i would be depressed if i had to go there. id honestly be happier staying a 3rd year at a cc knowing my chances increase for ucla usc. but i honestly think you worked harder than csun.

I would stay at Duke.

I would appeal my ass off.

Ironically, my options would be a lot wider and brighter if they did reject me, from one point of view.

I have several options if (rather, when) I am rejected:

1) Take a year off, do some volunteer trips, some research, writing, etc.
2) Stay home, work, help my family move
3) Go another year at the CC to kill some pre-reqs for a science major

I am most afraid of 2, because that's what I've been avoiding. I went to the uni right out of high school and to the CC rather than taking a break purely because I am afraid that if I begin to work and help my family, I'll never break out of that, and then I'll never have my degree. My whole life depends on getting a degree, so where would I be then?

I am half looking forward to being rejected because of the opportunities that I have, so I think I am in a good place.

I would appeal my ass off.

WORDWORDWORD

Yeah, i didn't apply to CSUn, it's just something i have as an option.

The two pharm reps that i talked to told me that school where u go is not important (Pomona and Pacific).

Dunn, i'd like to go to ucla a lot.

Most pharma companies don't really care where you get your degree, as long as you have one (my mom has been in pharmaceutical sales since she graduated CSUN in '82 and has progressed to upper management). They also usually don't care what you major in since they spend so much time and money on training anyways.

And to those who are planning to appeal: what're you gunna do when you're not one of the 5 (hyperbole, but still) appeals that they accept??

allie, i am actually intrested in Pharmacy Doctor degree (Pharm D).

Is your mom in the sales?

If not then hopefully USC will accept me. If not then I will have to resort to UCI since my girlfriend is there anyway. (If we are still together by then)

UCSD or UCD with teh agreement plans

It would be a hard decision if I didn't get accepted, but most likely UCSD or UCSB.

highschoolda, i think allie is talking about pharmacy sales reps...they make a lot of money plus commission. thats why i wanted to minor in business or marketing.

Appeal, hopefully UCSD is an option, I'm gauranteed for Davis.

tigers suck

An appeal can have a chance if you really present new, compelling info!

(I would hope)

drop out.. obviously
